Community update · 10 October 2026 · East Brent
The Brent Knoll Inn, on Brent Road, East Brent, has highlighted the role of the local pub as a meeting place and is encouraging residents to get involved in its organised activities.
What’s happening at the pub?
The pub’s public community announcement names bingo, a crochet club, a baby-and-toddler group, skittles teams and live music, alongside food and drink offers.
Important: The announcement does not include independently verified dates, start times or booking details for the next sessions. These are advertised activities, not confirmed events on a particular date. Contact the pub or check its latest posts before attending.

Community fundraising connection
Local sea-shanty performers the Beach’d Buoys have used the pub as a regular rehearsal venue. In August 2026 they marked a £7,000 donation to Children’s Hospice South West from a year of performances and collections. This is a report about a past fundraising milestone, not a claim of a forthcoming concert.
